Our Approach

Our policy for installations is Right First Time, which means in practice that every job is overseen by an experienced project manager who makes sure your furniture is fitted correctly and on schedule. Every job is checked for snagging before we leave site, and in the unlikely event that you do flag up issues after we’ve finished, we will put problems right as quickly as possible.

How we work with our clients

To help us create a lab space that meets your needs, we have defined a 5-step process which maximises the opportunity to collaborate and define the best solution for you.

STEP 1

Initial Brief

We sit down with you and discover what you are looking for, and the most important outcomes of the project.

STEP 2

Internal Design Brainstorm

John Knight design team put their heads together and brainstorm the project, some initial room layouts put together for consideration, and budget costs compiled.

STEP 3

Client Consultation Workshop

John Knight consultant sits down with key client stakeholders to discuss initial room layouts, gather feedback and discuss initial budget costings.

STEP 4

Manufacturing

John Knight manufactures your new lab furniture to a meticulously high standard of design and finish, using sustainably sourced raw materials.

STEP 5

Project Delivery

Your dedicated project manager oversees the installation from end-to-end, ensuring clear lines of communication and ironing out any unforeseen roadblocks. Our fitters are rigorously vetted before we allow them on site, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and commitment to our Right First Time policy.
